5 Simple Steps for Product Returns!

1. If you’re exchanging a product without logging in, proceed directly to step 3. If you’re a member of our website “www.kingzoo.co,” log in and click the “Orders and Returns” button.

2. In the returns screen, select the item you want to cancel, specify the quantity and reason, and fill out the Cancellation/Return Form.

3. Fill out the return section on the e-archive invoice that was delivered with your package.

4. Pack the product in its original packaging, including the e-archive invoice.

5. Once we receive your Cancellation/Return Form, return your package to us free of charge via Yurtiçi Kargo using the return code 869630499. If you choose a different courier, the shipping fee will be your responsibility.

Return & Exchange Periods

You can return, exchange for Reward Points, or swap your item for another of the same value within 14 days of the delivery date of your purchase made from “kingzoo.co,” our store, or mobile app.

Return & Exchange Conditions

Returns and exchanges are not accepted for products whose original packaging has been damaged, used, or rendered unfit for resale. The original tags on the product must be intact, and it must be returned with all accessories in the same condition as it was delivered to you. Returns and exchanges are not allowed for cosmetics, evening wear, underwear, swimsuits, bikinis, jewelry, books/magazines, technological products, eyewear, accessories, and personalized items.

Regarding Invoices

The original invoice and all copies in your possession must be sent with the product you wish to return or exchange. Returns without an invoice are not accepted.

Free Return Right

Shipping costs for items you wish to return are covered by our company. To take advantage of free returns, you must return your package to our return address using the courier we partnered with for delivery. For returns sent via other courier companies, the shipping cost will be at the sender's expense. Returns sent with payment due on delivery will not be accepted.

Return Inspection

Once your product arrives, it will be inspected by our team. Provided that no issues such as damage or defect caused by misuse are detected, the product amount will be refunded to your card within the legal period of 10 business days. This period starts when we receive the returned product. You will receive an email notification once your return request is approved. If your return request is denied, we will inform you of the reason for rejection, and the returned product(s) will be sent back to the specified delivery address at your expense.

Refunds

Once the items you returned comply with the return conditions, KING ZOO will initiate the refund process with the bank within 3 business days. The average time for the refunded amount to reflect on credit cards is 7 business days, though this may be longer for bank cards. Due to bank policies, purchases made in installments will be refunded in installments.

Gift Card Exchange

Unused and unaltered gift items may be exchanged with a Gift Card within 30 days (1 month) from the date on the gift card at our store. You can exchange your product for any product of the same price. If the price of the new product is higher, you can pay the difference via credit card. If the new product is of a lower price, the difference can be loaded as Reward Points to your account, which you can use within a year at our store or on kingzoo.co. Cash refunds are not available for gift exchanges.

Product Exchange

For purchases made through kingzoo.co, exchanges can only be made at our warehouse. You can exchange or return your kingzoo.co items that meet return conditions at our warehouse for any item you choose. For gift card returns, Reward Points are provided in exchange for the product, which you can use within one year either at our warehouse or on kingzoo.co.
