We make your kingzoo.co shopping experience as simple as possible with our 14-day easy and free return policy. We continuously improve our returns process based on our customers' needs. For customers in Istanbul, we come to your door to collect your return.

Return in 5 Easy Steps!

1.     If you are not a registered member and wish to exchange a product, skip to step 3. If you have an account on kingzoo.co, log in and click the "Orders" button.

2.     On the returns screen, fill in the Cancellation/Return Form specifying the product, quantity, and reason for return.

3.     Complete the return section on the e-invoice delivered with your package.

4.     Pack the item in its original packaging exactly as it was delivered to you. Don't forget to include your e-invoice.

5.     Once your Cancellation/Return Form has been received by us, send your package free of charge via our contracted carrier (Yurtiçi Kargo) using return code 869630499. If you use a different carrier, shipping costs will be at your expense.

Return & Exchange Periods

Products purchased from kingzoo.co may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date with your invoice, converted to gift points, or exchanged for another product of equal value.

Return & Exchange Conditions

Returns and exchanges are not accepted for items with damaged original packaging, removed labels, signs of use, or that are no longer in a condition that can be sold to another customer. The product must have all original labels intact and be returned with all accessories as received. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for cosmetics, formal wear, underwear, swimwear, jewellery, books/magazines, electronics, eyewear and accessories, or custom-made products.

Invoice Requirements

The original invoice and all copies must be included with the product being returned or exchanged. Returns without an invoice will not be accepted.

Free Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are covered by us. To benefit from free returns, please use the contracted carrier that delivered your package. Returns sent via other carriers are at the customer's expense and will not be accepted if freight charges are payable on delivery.

Return Inspection

Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it. If no defect caused by misuse or damage is found, the refund will be processed to your card within the legal period of 10 business days. This period begins from the date we receive the returned item. You will be notified by email once your return is approved. If the return is rejected after inspection, the reason will be communicated and the item will be sent back to your delivery address at your expense.

Refunds

Once the returned item meets our return conditions, KING ZOO processes refunds to the bank within 3 business days. The time for the refund to appear on credit cards is on average 7 business days; debit card refunds may take longer. As required by banking procedures, instalments are refunded in the same instalment structure.

Gift Card Exchange

Unused and unaltered gift items may be exchanged using a Gift Card within 30 days (1 month) from the date on the gift card, in person at our warehouse. You may exchange your item for any product of the same price. If the new product is more expensive, the difference may be paid by credit card. If it is less expensive, the difference will be added to your account as Gift Points. Cash refunds are not available for gift exchanges.

Product Exchange

Exchanges for orders placed on kingzoo.co can only be made at our warehouse. Items that meet our return conditions may be exchanged for any product of your choice or returned. For gift card returns, the refund will be issued as Gift Points, which can be used at our warehouse or on kingzoo.co within one year.
