1. Account Registration
To create an account, enter your name, email address/phone number, and a password, then click "Complete Registration". Please provide accurate information; you can correct errors later in "My Account" or by emailing hey@kingzoo.co. Upon registration, a copy of this agreement will be sent to the email address you provided. You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us, without giving a reason and without penalty. We may also suspend or terminate accounts for legitimate reasons.
2. Payment Security
All credit and debit card transactions are processed online directly by the relevant bank or card provider — King Zoo does not see or store your full card number. Information entered for membership, purchases, or updates cannot be viewed by other users of the Site.
3. Marketing Communications
You may opt out of marketing communications at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email, by changing your communication preferences in "My Account", or by contacting us. Transactional and legally required communications will continue regardless.
